Legal
Terms of Use
Effective September 17, 2026
Agreement
These terms govern your use of the ClearMission AI Systems LLC website, educational content, and services. By using the website, you agree to these terms. Separate written agreements may apply to consulting, team training, pilots, licenses, or other business services; those agreements control if they conflict with these terms.
Educational purpose
Our courses and materials provide general education about artificial intelligence, prompting, workflows, and related business practices. They are not legal, tax, financial, medical, cybersecurity, or employment advice. You remain responsible for reviewing AI-generated output and deciding how it may be used.
Acceptable use
You may not use our website, materials, or services to violate law; infringe rights; introduce malicious code; bypass security; misrepresent authorship or credentials; harm others; or develop unlawful, deceptive, or abusive systems.
Intellectual property
ClearMission content, course materials, branding, frameworks, software, and original resources are owned by ClearMission AI Systems LLC or its licensors. A purchase grants the customer a limited, nonexclusive, nontransferable license for the stated personal or organizational use. Materials may not be copied, resold, republished, or used to train another commercial product without written permission.
Accounts and security
You are responsible for accurate account information, safeguarding credentials, and activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you believe an account has been compromised.
Availability and changes
Pre-launch descriptions, features, dates, and prices may change before enrollment or service delivery begins. We may improve, replace, suspend, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary.
Disclaimers and liability
Services are provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that AI output will be accurate, complete, unbiased, secure, or appropriate for a particular use. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ClearMission is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the website, educational materials, or AI output.
Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by Texas law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Questions may be sent to support@clearmissionai.com.
